**Your role**:

- Design and Integrate new X-Ray detectors features, image processing algorithms concepts for X-Ray Detectors.
- Analyze and improve image quality using various image processing techniques and algorithms.
- Work with static/dynamic detectors to analyze and identify patterns and anomalies in images.
- Develop and maintain documentation for detector communication, architecture techniques, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest detector image processing concepts, algorithms, and technologies.

**You are a part of**

Diagnostic X-Ray R&D team. Philips HIC, Pune is playing a key role in Philips global strategy for DXR. With Philips HIC, the foundation was laid to touch billions of lives and reiterate Philips commitment towards Indian and growth healthcare markets.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Completed engineering studies at university level: BE/BTechME/MTech with 15 years of complex SW development experience.
- Sound knowledge of OOPS (Object oriented programming) concept in C#,.Net, C++
- Knowledge of design and implementation of network communications protocols
- Experience in image processing concepts and algorithms, filtering techniques, and image quality analysis are added advantage
- Experience in the field of Medical Devices product design will be added advantage
- Knowledge of IEC 62304/ISO13485 standards is added advantage
- Disciplined team worker, ability to work independently
- System thinking mindset and domain expertise in the related area
- Ability to present ideas and to convince project team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, leadership skills and drive for results
- Quality mindset in design and documentation
