**Position**: Loan Sales Officer (Field Sales)

**Location**: Salem, India

**Experience**: 2-5 years

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell loan products in the Salem region.

2. Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships with them to understand their financial needs.

4. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the loan portfolio.

6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the lending industry.

7. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing performance metrics and future strategies.

8. Uphold ethical standards and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in loan sales activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

2. Proven experience of 2-5 years in field sales, preferably in the financial services sector.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Knowledge of loan products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements.

6. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a dynamic sales environment.

7. Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Salem market preferred.

8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated sales territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
