- Coordinate with production and quality assurance departments to address maintenance-related issues promptly.
- Manage and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, addressing any potential hazards or violations.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
