Magsmen is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the Guntur branch. The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our clients. This role will report to the Guntur branch manager and will work closely with our team of marketing professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop content for various marketing channels including blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and social media.
- Coordinate with the design team, creating timelines and deadlines, and ensuring campaigns are executed on time and on budget.
- Provide excellent service, responding to client inquiries and requests, and proactively identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics tools.
- Assist with the planning and execution of client events, including trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
