The Liaison Officer at JCBL Group will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external entities such as government bodies, regulatory agencies, suppliers, and service providers. The role involves managing factory operations, handling licensing and compliance issues, overseeing bill payments, and ensuring smooth communication and resolution of any issues that arise. This position is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the key contact person for interactions with local authorities and regulatory bodies regarding factory operations.
- Coordinate with factory management to address operational issues and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Facilitate inspections and audits by government agencies or external auditors.
- Manage the process of obtaining and renewing necessary licenses and permits for factory operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to factory operations.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect the factory and implement necessary adjustments.
- Serve as the liaison between JCBL Group and external stakeholders, including government officials, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle inquiries, requests, and issues from external parties and resolve them promptly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
