The role is to effectively represent, and promote the interests of the firm with a view to adding
long-term value to the Firm. Having regard to its role, the firm directs, and supervises the
management of the business and affairs of the firm including, in particular:

- Generating clients leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Creating lists for sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Promoting properties with ads, listings, and other available sources.
- Preparing documents for each real estate transaction whenever required.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Help in accounting firm work too when required.
- Ensuring that the Firm’s goals are clearly established, and that strategies are in place for achieving them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month
