**JOB SUMMARY**

The position of Program Associate (PA) has become essential to provide professional support to the Chief Executive Officer and ensure FRHS India’s goals are maximized effectively. The PA will play a pivotal role in addressing various cross-cutting issues within programs and program support areas, conducting research, ensuring proper documentation, establishing connections with diverse institutions/organizations, and representing the organization in different forums.

Moreover, the PA will need to collaborate closely with all members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and other senior staff to address overarching issues and provide accurate information to the Country Executive Officer. It is anticipated that the PA will significantly contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO’s office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
- Assist the CEO with presentations as required by FRHS India HO. These presentations may cover various topics, including meetings, business planning, fundraising, clinical matters, and adolescent sexual and reproductive health (SRH) initiatives.
- Research and establish linkages with potential donors/corporates. Share new ideas to develop communication products to engage with them.
- Provide support to the senior management team in proposal development and external communication as required. It would also include assisting the senior team in developing brochures/PPTs. for representing the organization on external platforms.
- Work on creating concept notes. This will involve conducting desk research and assisting in drafting Terms of Reference (ToRs) and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with field teams to collate stories, develop a case study dossier and regularly updated stories on FRHS India website.
- Collaborate with the website team to upload banners, information, awards, etc., on both the FRHS India and Pratigya websites. S/he will also play a key role in ideating and designing social media campaigns related to Women and Child Development (WCD) and International Safe Abortion Day (ISAD), in coordination with the Social Media and Creative agencies.
- Assist in conducting specific research studies on areas determined in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, providing necessary analysis, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct organizational diagnosis (SWOT analysis) and assisting in the development of long-term plans and strategies.
- Aiding the Chief Executive Officer in achieving all the priorities set for the country office.
- Participate in and represent FRHS India in various meetings with Government Partners and Donors.
- Coordinate with all sector/state/unit Directors to gather relevant information and present it to the Chief Executive Officer.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**

A postgraduate in Management/Social Work/Economics /Community Health with strong analytical and conceptual skills.

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
