Support in project operations in each cluster
- Coordinate logistics of infrastructure development, water initiative and waste management initiatives
- Coordinate Breakfast program and billing
- Coordinate School Welfare items distribution
- Coordinate travel and logistics for employee engagement efforts
- Coordinate logistics of Health initiatives
- Manage Vendors and their billing in each location. Initiating procurement of items related to project
- Manage office maintenance in each cluster
- Coordinate Mobile Van and Fun bus activities
- Support in community events, academic events
- Support in recruitment and coordination with employees onboard.
- Checklist of office, guest house cleaning and maintain the registers.
- Arrangement (like water, tea, projector) during the meetings and trainings
- Support in printing the worksheets
- Record of the maintenance of the worksheets, stationeries taken by the SRP’s
- Maintaining the Movement register of Non IT asset, project related materials
- Shopping the regular office requirements, purchase post approval by the manager and submit the consolidated expenses.
- Check the duties of maid & the security every day.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
