Create, implement, administer and enforce policies, procedures and laws required for the company to operate in accordance with the law and regulations. -Establish and update a compliance manual. -Drafting and negotiating simple and complex contracts -Advising on general business law issues and managing legal issues including corporate matters, procurement, health and safety and governance. -Advising and assisting the management on data protection and privacy matters -Keep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations, monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies -Educate employees and volunteers on not only the legal requirements but also the impact on the organisation if these aren't complied with 8. -Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance, highlighting or escalating areas of concern and contribute to robust and effective compliance controls within the organisation -Review marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements -Assist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requests -Collaborate with other departments to create a culture of compliance. -Assisting the management in the provision of legal advice in-house as required. -Acting as Complaints Handling Officer for all complaints made against the organisation, its members and/or its staff -End to end responsibility for company’s compliance in all locations within India as well as abroad as per regulations -Responsible for compliance under POSH Act; (Policy drafting, employee sensitization training, ICC, Report, etc.) -Periodical review of the applicability of various Labour, Employment Laws/rules and Company Law regulations and frame policy/ guidelines to comply -Manage timely remittance of ESI, PF, LWF or any other statutory dues. -Partner closely with consultants and internal and external stakeholders in the timely management of these compliances. -Lead for Compliance Audit conducted by internal and external Auditors and to ensure closure of observations -Lead the closure of findings in the event of inspections by various Statutory Authorities -Manage and maintain records for Challans, Returns, Registers, Display of Notices, License and Registration on a regular basisManage all compliances as per guidelines of the respective statutory laws such as Corporate Law, Labour Laws etc, and maintain as appropriate -Submit Annual/Half
- Yearly/ Quarterly Returns under various Laws across India -Manage all employee-related records - both digital & physical -Lead all statutory related vendor management efforts -Support in handling all Statutory related queries WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law -Being a CS is an added advantage -Strong Ethics, Multitasking, self-discipline, team player and ability to manage deadlines -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Experience with MS Suits

**Salary**: ₹430,384.97 - ₹689,934.19 per year
