**Profile introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Care Representative in the fast-paced and exciting automobile industry. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product-related questions, service requests, and warranty information.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
