**As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities would include**:
Researching and identifying potential clients for the advertising agency's services, with a focus on digital marketing, website development, mobile app development, influencer marketing, and video production.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Collaborating with the agency's creative and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches for prospective clients.

Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring that the agency's services are priced competitively and profitably.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends and news, as well as the agency's competitors, to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.

Providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, using sales management software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Mentoring and coaching junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.

Representing the agency at industry events and conferences, and promoting the agency's brand and services to a wider audience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
