- Organization: Keeping workspaces and information organized and accessible
- Planning: Making arrangements for meetings and travel
- Data entry: Updating employee, client, and company data
- Documentation: Collecting, organizing, and retrieving information and documents
- Scheduling: Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms
- Reports: Typing up letters and reports.
Other duties include:
- Greeting and directing office visitors
- Building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff
- Filing
- Keeping a clean, welcoming environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
