**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **manual testing** and ensure coverage for functional, UI, regression, and performance testing.
- Implement and maintain **automated testing** frameworks and scripts to increase testing efficiency.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform thorough **regression testing** when bugs are resolved and after new features are implemented.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process.
- Ensure that all projects meet quality standards before deployment.
- Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **3+ years** of experience in **software quality testing** with a strong background in manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as **Selenium**, **Appium**, **JIRA**, **Postman**, **TestRail**, or similar.
- Experience in creating and executing **automated test scripts** and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including **functional, regression, performance**, and **UI testing**.
- Familiarity with **Agile** or **Scrum** development processes.
- Strong knowledge of **defect tracking** systems and tools for bug reporting and management.
- Basic knowledge of **API testing** and experience with tools like **Postman** or **Swagger**.
- Familiarity with version control tools like **Git**.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and **automated testing** in continuous integration environments.
- Exposure to performance testing tools like **JMeter** or **LoadRunner**.
- Knowledge of **security testing** and compliance-related testing.
- Familiarity with **cloud-based testing environments** (AWS, Azure).
- Experience in working with startups or fast-paced environments.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
