Job Description
- **Job Role: Customer Support**

**Work Location: Noida**
- Sound Technical Knowledge of Networking, LAN, WAN and troubleshooting
- Good Analytical and Interpretation skills
- Serves as a support resource to assist sales in the handling of Customer affecting service issues.
- Investigates and resolve outages and other issues affecting the quality of service.
- Engages the resources appropriate for resolving issues.
- Ensures that company isolation and restoration efforts are timely and effective. Coordinates and monitors hand-offs between organizations.
- Documents status and closure, per client requirements.
- Provides status and updates to the Customer and service management leadership.
- Ensures that leadership is aware of issues requiring executive, media relations, and or external affairs engagement.
- Complete Issue resolution within prescribed timeframes.
- Graduate or undergraduate
- Basic technical knowledge
- Ready to work in a 24x7 shift
- Good English speaking skills
- Customer-centric
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
- Ready to work from the office
- should be able to perform under pressure synonym
