Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to meet and interact with customers in person to promote and sell our products/services. You will be working on the field, traveling to different locations in UP, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra for your job. Your goal is to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that align with our offerings.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Visits: Visit potential and existing customers at their locations to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits.

Sales Presentations: Present our products/services in a clear and compelling manner, highlighting their value to the customers.

Sales Targets: Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business growth.

Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty towards our brand.

Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and keep an eye on competitors to identify market trends and opportunities.

Travel: Be prepared to travel extensively within the designated regions to reach out to clients and attend meetings and events.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and submit regular reports to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.

Sales Aptitude: A passion for sales, a persuasive nature, and the ability to close deals successfully.

Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive in seeking out new sales opportunities and solving customer problems.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to different environments and customer needs.

Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with the regions of UP, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra would be advantageous.

Target-Oriented: Ability to work towards and achieve set sales targets.

Driving License: A valid driving license as you will be required to travel frequently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
