Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. This role is a full-time position based in Surat, Gujarat, India. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with less than 1 year of experience to gain valuable sales experience in the field. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Previous experience in field sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of home loan or loan sales is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Promote and sell our products and services to potential customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
