Tele Caller Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**:Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided leads list.
Introduce our real estate services and offerings to potential customers.
**Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify potential leads based on client requirements and preferences.
Gather essential information to update the customer database.
**Appointment Setting**:Schedule appointments for interested clients to meet with our real estate agents.
**Follow-up**:Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients.
**Achieve Targets**:Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
**Customer Service**:Address customer inquiries, provide information about our projects, and resolve any concerns.
**Database Management**:Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
**Requirements**:
- **Good Knowledge about Civil and Construction.**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or business is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Ability to persuade and convert leads into appointments and potential clients.
- **Target-Driven**: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service orientation with a genuine interest in helping clients find suitable real estate solutions.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
