- Prepare reports on student enrollment, retention, and success rates.
- Assist with the planning and execution of academy events, such as orientations, graduations, and open houses.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with faculty, staff, and industry professionals to enhance the student experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of academy policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends and educational best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, cosmetology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in academic advising, career counseling, or student support services, preferably in a beauty or vocational education setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and understand their unique needs and goals.
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and its career pathways.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational software and tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
