**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Sample the Incoming RM/Packaging material.
- Conduct analysis and testing of RM/PM/FG/actives and intermediates with the help of analytical instruments and techniques.
- Calibrates/verifies analytical instruments/balances
- Inspect Packaging lines and issues Line clearances
- Review and update raw material and packaging material specifications.
- Prepare testing specifications.
- Prepare, review and update working standards.
- Maintain calibration records of instruments.
- Prepare trend analysis of finished products.
- Generates PR for the Consumables/glass wares /chemicals and other laboratory aids /spares required for the dept.
- Prepare SOPs, reviews for biannual review. Prepare Training outlines.
- Conduct stability studies Prepares analytical reports and certificates of analysis.
- Validate instruments, equipment’s, processes, analytical methods.
- Prepare and evaluate stability data
- Prepare stability protocols
- Validates stability indicating methods
- Conducting trainings to employees/workers
- Creating awareness for good hygiene practices/food safety

**_Required Skill Set:_**
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or FMCG industry
- Knowledge of production methods, standards, and equipment
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- FSSAI Training & Certification desirable.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
