In this role, your mission will be to pinpoint, assess, and onboard industry-leading professionals for pivotal roles within the Oil and Gas sector. Stationed in Vadodara, Gujarat, this full-time position beckons a dynamic junior-level talent with 1 to 3 years of specialized recruitment experience, ready to fuel their career in a fast-evolving landscape.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, with a specialized focus on the Oil and Gas industry.
- In-depth understanding of the energy sector’s specific roles, jargon, and operational requirements.
- Mastery in recruitment best practices, coupled with a knack for leveraging innovative sourcing strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, facilitating seamless interactions across all levels of professional discourse.
- A robust capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Unparalleled organizational skills, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and precision in every task.
- Proficiency in cutting-edge recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

**Your Role and Impact**:

- Forge strong partnerships with hiring managers, gaining an intimate understanding of role requirements and expectations.
- Navigate the full recruitment lifecycle with agility, from crafting compelling job postings to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Cultivate and maintain a dynamic talent pipeline, ready to meet the evolving needs of the energy sector.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to hiring managers, enhancing decision-making processes.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal mandates.

Pay: ₹10,855.18 - ₹25,442.26 per month
