Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists and generate new business opportunities.
- Introduce products/services to potential customers, explain their benefits, and answer inquiries.
- Identify and qualify sales leads based on specified criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and call volume.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all call activity in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of telemarketing strategies.
- Assist in the development of sales scripts, call guides, and telemarketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Pay: ₹10,950.41 - ₹51,851.92 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
