Facilities Executive - Soft Services

Account Management - Work Dynamics (India, APAC)

**What this job involves**:
**Job Summary**: This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and driving customer satisfaction. The Facilities Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency, cost optimization, and a high level of client engagement.

**Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
**Service Delivery**: Oversee the delivery of soft services, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and other related facility services. Ensure service levels meet or exceed agreed-upon standards.
**Customer Satisfaction**: Proactively engage clients to assess their satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
**Operational Excellence**: Collaborate with internal teams, including Facility Managers, to ensure effective service coordination and execution. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
**Contract Compliance**: Ensure all services delivered comply with contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct regular audits to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
**Financial Management**: Monitor budgetary performance, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to clients.
**Vendor and Supplier Management**: Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Evaluate vendor performance and initiate improvement actions if necessary.
**Health and Safety**: Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure all services comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions.
**Innovation and Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery, processes, and technology.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management, account management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of soft services and account management principles.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and facility management software.
Willingness to travel within the India and APAC region as required.
