Responsibilities:
1.Event Management: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, venue selection, logistics, catering, audio-visual arrangements, and event marketing.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and expectations, ensuring the successful delivery of memorable experiences.
Manage event timelines, schedules, and deadlines to ensure seamless execution and adherence to client specifications.
Source and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure the best possible arrangements within budgetary constraints.
Supervise event staff, including coordinators, technicians, and support personnel, ensuring efficient teamwork and adherence to quality standards.
2.Office Administration: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events, including coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Maintain employee records, such as attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations.
Support finance and accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll coordination

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹10,229.55 - ₹38,972.77 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

- Wedding planner: 1 year (preferred)
