**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop deep understanding of customer segments and buyer personas to tailor marketing messages and tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to align marketing strategies with business goals and product/service offerings.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the marketing team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
