**Job Title**: Supplier Enablement

**Location**: Hyderabad, Telangana

**Experience**: 2 to 5 Years only

**Required Experience / Skills**:

- Experience in Ariba PR to PO module and the Category Enablement Process.
- Sourcing experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP system, SAP Ariba, Advanced Excel is preferable.
- Analytics and problem-solving experience
- Should perform all customer administrative activities.
- Good Interpersonal Skills. Should be able to work with External Suppliers, Sites, and Internal Customers.
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
- Willing to work in US Shift Timings.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Troubleshooting and Invoice Resolution**
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP Ariba and connectivity issues
- Assist and Resolve issues on Invoices, PO, Service Entry Rejections
- Follow up on aged invoices and work with Suppliers, Buyers, Accounts payable, and Vendor Master Team, to resolve the Web cycle/ Invoice/Ariba queries.
- ** Supplier Registration & Catalog Management**
- Register/Enroll suppliers in the SAP Ariba network
- Train and guide suppliers for the Supplier/Catalog enablement process
- Set up Customer Groups, Roles, and Permissions for suppliers
- ** Reporting & Analytics**
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Publish regular reports on Service entry rejections/Invoicing Errors/other Ariba Errors.
