We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of **Sales Executive**
**Experience**:2-4 years
**Location**: Malad
1. Achieve Sales Targets:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue
targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retailers in the Beauty
and Personal Care sector.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
promptly.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and competitor products in
the Beauty and Personal Care industry.
- Train and educate the sales team on product features and benefits.
4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the management team.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
5. Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional
campaigns.
- Provide valuable insights on market trends and customer preferences to shape
marketing strategies.
6. Trade Shows and Events:
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and conferences to
promote products and build professional networks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Beauty and Personal Care industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Beauty and Personal Care products and market trends.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
