- We are looking for a smart, focused, driven, and analytical leader to join the Business team with prior experience in forecasting
- Maintain up-to-date forecast models, reflecting current data/information/assumptions;
- Practical knowledge in understanding trends & seasonality in data
- Help business team in translating business goals to execution plan by forecasting revenue predicted at each client level
- Analysis of Key planning KPIs & provide insights and solutions to improve the forecasting process further
- Out-of-the-Box Thinking
- Improve the systems & processes, to gather data faster toward achieving relevant business metrics
- Responsible for effectively coordinating with Cross-functional teams to gather insights and calculate relevant KPIs
- People good at Planning & Organising, Systems & Process Orientation, and Result Orientation
- People have strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
- Those who are able to work under tight deadlines
- People with working knowledge of VBA, and SQL (Good to know)
- The position is based at Clairvoyant’s office located in Pune and reports to the category leadership team.

**What can you expect from the Role?**
- You will work on initiatives that will cut across different sub-categories
- A mix of short term projects with quick turn-around and some long term projects that could possibly redefine the way business is done going forward
- Projects will be a mix of revenue estimate/cost reduction initiatives - strategic fulfillment channel
- More often than not these initiatives will require active engagement with multiple stakeholders - category managers, other businesses across Clairvoyant/EXL
- You will engage actively with Global Senior Leadership
- You will play the role of a thinker and an implementer in equal measure - success in this role is as much about implementing as it is about conceptualizing or strategizing
- Ability to take complete end to end ownership of an initiative till execution; subsequently setting up processes for operating teams seamlessly take over and execute on a daily basis
- Ability to work with large data, dive-deep, and identify issues - analytical thinking is a must
- Every big decision you make will involve a conflict - the ability to visualize the conflict, address the teams involved, and making balanced decisions
- Ability to engage with multiple stake holders and influence the partner teams
- Ability to define project deliverables, and timelines and set up mechanisms to track inputs and outputs for the projects; strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6+ years of relevant experience
- A deep understanding of IT services is required (preferably prior experience in IT industry)
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Prior experience influencing Senior leadership teams is highly desirable
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by numbers. It must be metrics-driven.
- Ability to deal with Ambiguity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA/CA. Prior experience of forecast management / Experience in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budgeting will be preferred
