**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**
- You will have the opportunity to work with lines of business & key stakeholders to understand their products, how data is captured, and how to automate or reengineer the existing process
- You will have to support further development of the Regulatory Reporting infrastructure and IT tools. Process analysis and automation, and data visualization and analytics
- Execute on project deliverables, including business requirements, testing, operating model assessments, and implementation
- Ensure the end-to-end SDLC lifecycle is agreed and followed, from requirements gathering to grooming to development to testing and deployment
- You will get the opportunity to work with different stakeholders to engage during development, testing & prod checkouts.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge and experience of development
- Professional experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge
- MIS or Regulatory reporting background preferred
- Practical expertise in programming skills (VBA, Python) or process automation software (Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath)
- Familiarity with relational data bases (SQL) and ETL data processes
- Experience with data analytics and data visualization techniques (Tableau)

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, delivery-focused individual who can work in a high pressure & fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA and Confluence is preferred
- Knowledge of data & business intelligence concepts including ETL, data modeling, report automation, and/or dashboarding
- Skills and experience interacting with data including using SQL to query
