**Social Media Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic and conversions. You will play a crucial role in creating and implementing content across various social media platforms, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on emerging trends and best practices. The Social Media Coordinator will collaborate with different teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and actively participates in community management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives. Identify target audiences, create engaging content, and determine the most suitable platforms to achieve marketing goals.

Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, optimized for various social media platforms. Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all channels.

Social Media Management: Manage and monitor social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Schedule and publish content, moderate comments and messages, and respond to inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Community Engagement: Engage with the audience by initiating and participating in conversations, answering questions, and fostering a sense of community around the brand. Monitor industry trends, keywords, and hashtags to identify opportunities for engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions. Generate reports and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and strategies.

Influencer Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates. Collaborate with influencers to create sponsored content and leverage their reach to increase brand visibility.

Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase brand reach, generate leads, and drive conversions. Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting and messaging as needed.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, platforms, and tools. Provide recommendations for new strategies, features, and opportunities that align with the brand's objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a social media coordinator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
