**In this role, you will**:

- **Be a Support Superstar**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
- Exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction.
- Leverage our knowledge base and internal resources to effectively answer customer questions

**Become a Product Champion**:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of our Shopify apps and Magento extensions through comprehensive training.
- Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers.

**Grow the Business**:

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions, exceeding monthly sales goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage them to leave positive reviews. We'll set ambitious, yet achievable, goals for monthly reviews.

**To be successful, you'll need**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- A strong understanding of Shopify and/or Magento platforms (a plus).
- A results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
