Location: Sector 4
**Responsibilities**:
Calendar Management: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO. Ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
Meeting Coordination: Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership meetings, and other executive events. Take minutes during meetings when required.
Travel Arrangements: Manage and coordinate travel itineraries, flights, hotel bookings, and other travel-related activities for the CEO.
Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring data privacy regulations are adhered to.
Reporting: Assist in creating reports, charts, and presentations for board meetings and other executive needs.
Project Management: Assist the CEO in managing projects and initiatives by coordinating with relevant departments and stakeholders.
Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies, handle expense reports, and perform other administrative tasks to support the CEO.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
