We are looking to a passionate and detail-oriented marketing executive to identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company business.

**Responsibilities**

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Sales executives are responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

2. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing strong relationships with clients is crucial. Sales executives need to understand client needs, maintain regular communication, and provide continuous support to ensure client satisfaction.

3. Presenting and Demonstrating Products/Services: Sales executives are responsible for presenting the company's products and services to potential clients. This includes preparing and delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing any questions or concerns the clients may have.

4. Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with clients is a key duty of sales executives. They need to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions that meet their needs while achieving the company's sales targets.

5. Tracking and Reporting: Sales executives are responsible for keeping track of sales activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and generating reports on sales performance. This helps in evaluating progress and identifying areas for improvement.

6. Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments is essential to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the market. Sales executives may need to conduct market research and share insights with the company's management team.

7. Collaborating with Internal Teams: Sales executives often need to work closely with other departments such as engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. This involves effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

8. Meeting Sales Targets: Sales executives are responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company. This requires a proactive and result-oriented approach, effective time management, and consistent effort to convert leads into successful sales.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
