**OBJECTIF DU POSTE**:
L'expert en Value Mining (fonctions groupe) fera partie du centre d’excellence de Celonis pour le département Digital Transformation.

Il est chargé de travailler sur l'outil de process mining Celonis afin d’analyser l’utilisation réelle des process dans les outils Alstom. Le résultat doit mettre en évidence les axes d'amélioration des processus et les possibilités de digitalisation.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
En travaillant dans l’équipe process Mining, vous serez en charge de:

- Comprendre les process Alstom.****:

- Collaborer avec l'équipe technique pour développer les modèles Celonis afin de représenter la façon dont nos principaux process sont réellement utilisés dans nos outils (SAP ECC, Basware, Ariba etc.).****:

- Identifier, qualifier, et valoriser les principales inefficacités, non-conformité, non-qualité dans l’exécution de nos process.
- Gérer la création des dashboards pour représenter les findings.
- Collaborer avec les métiers pour leur montrer la façon dont les process sont réellement utilisés, ce que signifient les résultats, et comment améliorer leurs processus métiers pour accroître leur productivité et la trésorerie.****:

- Définir des actions correctives et suivre leurs mises en place en collaboration avec le métier.****:

- Suivre et mesurer l'efficacité des actions mises en place afin d'assurer une prestation de valeur cohérente.****:

- Présenter les résultats et la valeur réalisée à la direction générale.

**QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES**:
**COMPÉTENCES COMPORTEMENTALES**:

- Être capable de formuler les objectifs du projet, de préparer et nettoyer les données, d'analyser les questions et d'évaluer l'impact attendu des changements de process suggérés.
- Communiquer de manière claire et concise avec de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale - participer à des ateliers/formations et présenter des recommandations.
- Avoir la passion de rendre l'organisation plus fluide et plus rapide en utilisant des process simples à comprendre.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois de manière efficace.
- Structuration logique : approche structurée de la résolution des problèmes et capacité à effectuer une analyse des causes profondes des problèmes des clients.

**COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES ET EXPÉRIENCE**:

- 4 à 9 ans d'expériences globale. L'expérience en Process Mining avec Celonis est un plus.
- Expérience avérée dans la définition et amélioration de process.
- Expertise et connaissance des modules SAP suivants : FI / CO / PS / SD / CS.
