We are looking for a strong person who has the hunger for leading the sales department of our organization. We are looking for someone who has vision and leadership for driving the sale department and developing the overall sales strategy.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -**

1) Developing the sales strategy and defining the sales goals

2) Building Channel partners, activating them and driving sales through channel partners

3) Having good circle of clients and should be an expert in networking

4) Meeting people, pitching product, and developing strong relationships with clients

5) Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organizations process.

6) Doing competitor research, maintaining a stable knowledge base of the business’s industry, competitors, and regulatory activity.

7) Supervising the sales team and making sure the team achieves its targets

8) Excellent networker

9) Should nurture direct leads and channel partners

10) Ensuring active customer retention and expansion of new customer base.

11) Conducting various networking activities where industry experts are met and they become channel partners and drive the business

12) Tracking sales targets and analyzing the sales targets achievement

13) Building, Hiring & Training, and development of the sales team

**REQUIREMENT: -**

1) 12+ years of experience in leading a Sales department

2) Should be excellent at communication, networking, and presentation

3) Strong negotiation skills

4) Hunger for sales

5) Ability to strategies sales target and achieve targets

6) Ability to take decisions independently

7) Strong leadership skills

**CTC/Perks & Benefits: -**

1) 10-18Lakhs per annum

2) 3-year retention bonus of 3lakhs

3) ESOP

4) Variable based on Sales Target Achievement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
