Job Description: Telecaller for Sales (Website Development Service)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller for Sales to promote and sell our website development services. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging potential clients, and convincing them to avail of our website development services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to contribute to our company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our website development services.

2. Engage with prospects in a friendly and professional manner, explaining the features and benefits of our services.

3. Identify potential clients' needs and provide suitable solutions by customizing our website development services to meet their requirements.

4. Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system.

5. Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet made a decision.

6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our services.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.

9. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.

10. Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address client queries and objections.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the IT industry.

2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive ability to influence potential clients.

3. Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

4. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

5. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.

6. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.

7. Basic knowledge of website development and digital marketing will be an advantage.

8. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

9. Adaptability and resilience to handle objections and rejections professionally.

10. Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
