**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging and persuasive scripts for short-form videos, including Reels, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and conceptualize content ideas aligned with our marketing strategies and brand objectives.
- Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to create relevant and impactful content.
- Ensure all scripts are on-brand, adhere to company guidelines, and are optimized for each platform's best practices.
- Revise and edit scripts based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Work closely with video producers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure the seamless execution of scripts into final video content.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a scriptwriter, copywriter, or similar role in the digital marketing space.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of short-form video scripts, including Reels, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
