**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop original content and scripts for the reality show, ensuring alignment with the show's theme and vision.
- Collaborate with the production team to brainstorm and conceptualize show formats and challenges.
- Edit and revise scripts to enhance clarity, flow, and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and character development throughout the episodes.
- Work closely with the Showrunner and Executive Producer to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct research to ensure accuracy and authenticity in the show's content.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality writing standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing and editing for television, film, or digital media.
- Proven experience in reality TV or entertainment content creation is highly desirable.

Proficiency in scriptwriting software such as Final Draft or Celtx.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and relatable content.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
