**Responsible for**:
Responsible for managing the TSI’s to ensure timely reporting to dealers

and the effective execution of sales and marketing strategies. This role includes analyzing sales

data, coordinating with various teams, and providing support to TSIs to help them achieve

business goals.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure TSI’s report to dealers on time by maintaining proper communication and

accountability.
- Analyze and track sales data to evaluate the contribution of TSIs, identifying trends and

areas for improvement.
- Analyze adequate stock levels to ensure effective communication with the Sales

Manager regarding order placement.
- Gather marketing promotion requirements from dealers and inform to the appropriate

team.
- Cross-verify that dealer have received the prospect customer list for site visits, ensuring

proper follow-up.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and

competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
