As a Marketing Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by handling various administrative tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.

2. Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and proposals by formatting, editing, and proofreading documents as needed.

3. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing databases, contact lists, and files. Assist in the organization and storage of marketing materials, including digital assets and printed collateral.

4. Coordination: Coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities. This may involve liaising with vendors, securing venues, and managing logistics.

5. Communications: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing communications to the appropriate team members as necessary. Assist in drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and external communications.

6. Research: Conduct market research and gather data on competitors, industry trends, and consumer demographics to support marketing campaigns and strategies.

7. Project Assistance: Provide assistance on marketing projects, including campaign execution, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

8. Budget Management: Assist in tracking marketing expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining budget records.

10. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and design, to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and terminology is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
