**Overview of job**

EM is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a client lead for Mars.

A thorough knowledge of the media marketplace and opportunities available and build constructive relationships with key media owners where relevant.

An innovative approach: in use of media, exploration of new forms of communication, research, presentation techniques.

**Reporting of the role**

This role reports to the Senior Global Talent Operations Director, based in the UK.

**Measures of success -**

**In three months, you would have**:Embedded yourselves within the Global Talent Operations function, and will have begun to learn about all relevant systems and processes.

**In six months, you would have**:Become a leading pillar within the Global Talent Operations function.

**In 12 months, you would have**:Begun to master all relevant systems and processes.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Ensure the collection and use of people-related data informs better decision making; develop key metrics to measure employee utilization, engagement, recruitment, performance, and retention.
- Build, develop, and streamline people reports for key functions and leaders to help them grow strong, happy, teams and drive business performance.
- Build scalable analytics to automate insights and findings
- Develop powerful dashboards and assist in building our predictive analytics offering
- Perform data analysis across multiple platforms, identify trends and partner with the Global People Director - Worldwide People Partnering & Global Operations to engage SME’s on solutions and reporting
- Accountable for data integrity across all talent systems
- Coordinate regular data clean up and reporting across the Talent organization
- Support Capacity Planning in partnership with Resource Management
- Ensure all Talent reports are accurate and up to date (staff changes, capacity, UTL, Recruitment reports, etc.)
- Partner with the Systems Manager to join up systems and reporting
- Provide ad hoc reports for key stakeholders as requested.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to self-manage, with a positive manner and a strong team and delivery focus

- Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
