Facility Executive
Work Dynamics
**What this job involves**:
To Assist & Soft Services in accordance with comprehensive IFM contract between JLL & Client
Duties & Responsibilities
To achieve targets established by both the assistant facilities manager with a focus on continuous improvement.
Promoters Open, constructive and collaborate relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
Ownership of the day-to-day administration including various report generation/MIS to the management.
Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/material and service for the proper operation of services and enter supply and service contracts as approved by the client.
Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks.
Ensure Cafeteria Management related to hygiene and food safety.
Ensure Incidents are managed and communicated as per the escalation matrix.
To ensure Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance (52 Weeks Planner) are adhered.
Ensure Stores Management.
Govern Scrap and Waste Management.
Managing Client/VVIP Visits and Events.
Delivering and adhering to the agreed KPI and SLAs.
Contribute to the weekly FM meeting minutes and to the monthly management report to client and other reports as required.
Delivery of agreed initiatives as per Intel and JLL initiatives road map.
