**Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive**

- 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Tele Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Total Work: 1 year (preferred)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting**: Engage with suspect leads who have not yet decided on taking a subscription.
- **Converting Leads**: Establish contact with prospects, possibly requiring multiple calls at various times, including beyond office hours.
- **Need Analysis and Eligibility Profiling**: Assess prospect needs and profile eligibility.
- **Appointments and Follow-ups**: Schedule appointments and follow up post-meetings until the conclusion.
- **Support Sales Team**: Assist the sales team by promptly calling suspects/prospects and providing timely follow-ups.
- **Knowledge and Quality**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and policies, ensure high-quality conversations and handle objections effectively.
- **Updating Software**: Accurately document customer interactions in the software.
- **Generating References**: Build rapport to generate customer references.
- **Market Feedback**: Share trends and feedback with supervisors.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- **FAQ Support**: Provide clear answers to FAQs and assist with informative videos.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- **Effective Communication**: Communicate clearly and effectively with testators.
- **Privacy and Security**: Adhere strictly to privacy and security standards.
- **Client Experience**: Ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
- **FAQs Familiarity**: Understand all FAQs on the website to better answer customer queries.
