We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Consultant to join our company Realtyroof. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for handling resale and rental deals, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through successful property transactions. **Responsibilities**:
Handle the entire sales process for resale and rental properties, from lead generation to closing the deal.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

Conduct property viewings, present listings, and negotiate prices to achieve favourable outcomes for both clients and the company.

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and other creative approaches.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.

Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing and property management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.

Prepare and present sales contracts, offers, and agreements to clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Follow up with clients throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's inventory, property listings, and available resources to effectively assist clients.

**Qualifications**:
Proven work experience as a Sales consultant or similar role in the real estate industry, with a focus on resale and rental deals.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and legal regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to create win-win situations for both clients and the company.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using CRM software, property management systems, and other relevant sales tools.

Valid real estate license or certification in the required jurisdiction.

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
