ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create new entrees for the menu
- Initiating, planning and implementing new product development projects.
- Collaborating with marketing department personnel
- Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
- Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs
- Brainstorming ideas for new products or existing product modifications/add-ons
- Developing general statements on new products
- Sourcing raw materials and ingredients
- Following recipes and formulations to create recipes
- Arranging and evaluating product sampling
- Obtaining results of nutritional analysis
- Work Closely with R&D Teams to bring products to market
- Confirm adherence to safety guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree from any reputed IIHM
- 7+ years’ experience in an executive kitchen position

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Ability to manage kitchens across PAN INDIA
- Budgeting skills to control costs
- Incredible time management skills
- Ability to create new menu items

ADDITIONAL NOTES

QSR Knowledge an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
