**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main functional resource of the projects, enhancements and supports, they will ensure on time, in budget and quality delivery of project(s) based on the core/template standards and guidance.
- Executes the project(s) functional delivery based on the high level effort estimates for their domain.
- Supports and/or leads scoping, fit-gap workshops for project(s), proposes solutions for key gaps and provides high level effort estimation to Project Management for CAR preparation.
- Captures business requirements and conducts assessments of processes with close collaboration with business and business partners in the project(s).
- Coaches and consults the business on their best and most cost-effective options.
- Responsible for the functional delivery of a project(s) in line with core/template including training and documentation for the relevant functional domain.
- Delivers according to the project(s) timelines and aligns with other functional areas in the same project.
- Evaluates alternative approaches, prototypes as needed, recommends solutions, creates and maintains architecture documentation for the relevant project(s).
- Ensures the reusability of solution inventory and/or scalability of the new solutions.
- Accountable and responsible of design adherence within the project(s).
- Supports hyper care, hand-over and post implementation review.
- Supports and aligns with overall template of the functional domain.
- Provides inputs to the change advisory board (CAB), owns the change request for the related projects, ensures pre-alignment with stakeholders according to governance model and ensures the implementation of the approved changes according to the project(s) timelines.
- Ensures close collaboration with fellow colleagues, other IT teams and business partners.
- Collaborates with Project Management in the project(s) to design the functional model of the relevant domain and define solutions that deliver business value.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or High School +13yrs; Assoc. +9yrs; M.S. +2yrs; PhD +0yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 5 Years of Relevant experience

Preferred Requirements:

- A minimum of one Vistex implementation.
- Medical device, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
- Desire to learn Government Pricing and Medicaid functionality within Vistex
