People Services Representative

As part of the Global People Services (GPS), you will be responsible for ensuring that new employees have an amazing experience from the moment they accepted our offer until their first day at Nutanix, instilling them with our culture of Hungry, Humble, and Honest. As a customer-focused organisation, you will be responsible for enhancing, modernising, and perfecting our procedures. You will provide operational and generalist support to employees while also developing excellent relationships with internal People Teams both locally and internationally.
This role will be based in Bangalore, India and will report to the Senior Manager, Global People Services. This role is a hybrid role and will require in office presence as needed.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle onboarding and offboarding transactions with mínimal supervision including but not limited to changes relating to employee lifecycle: ie. employee personal information changes, start date changes, benefits enrollment/disenrollment, payroll, absence management and any ad-hoc letters.
- Deliver New Hire Orientation
- Handle routine/non-routine operational processes/issues with escalation as needed.
- Supports local statutory requirements including but not limited to statutory processes, statutory
reporting and surveys
- Prepare and manage payroll reports
- Document incoming cases using ServiceNow to resolve issues within identified SLA
- Support ad-hoc reporting, projects and testing efforts on an ad-hoc basis.
- Identify and recommend continuous improvements to existing processes and support improvement initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Preferred at least 3 years of work experience in an HR generalist function and in a corporate/multinational organisation
- Good understanding of local legislative requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Experience in customer and user support, project management, data analysis or management
- Service-oriented, “can do” approach. Flexible and proactive with changing needs. Exceptionally team
- focused and active contributor to a positive and innovative work environment
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment with exceptional attention to
- detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to manage employee’s data confidentiality
- Extreme attention to detail and great organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and project
- deadlines (project management experience a plus)
