Promoting the free eye check-up
Product recommendation
Achieving sales targets & SOP adherence
Store upkeep & maintenance
Ensure there is no shortage of stock units or damage in the store

Minimum qualification: Graduation
Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions
Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation
