**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of introducing our products/services and generating sales opportunities.

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead qualification.

Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective customers.

Identify customer needs, understand their pain points, and present tailored solutions to address those needs.

Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads for further sales processes.

Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in telemarketing or a related sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport with potential customers and overcome objections.

Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

High school diploma; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

**Working Conditions**:
This position involves making a high volume of outbound calls.

Regular working hours, with occasional flexibility based on business needs

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
