Job Title: IT Sales Representative (US Process)
**Responsibilities**:
Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay up-to-date on the features and benefits of our IT products and services.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients and address any concerns or objections.
**Sales Presentations**:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and detailed presentations that align with client needs.
**Quoting and Proposal Development**:Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals.
Work closely with the sales support team to ensure timely and professional delivery of proposals to clients.
**Sales Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and contribute to strategic discussions on improving sales processes.
**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights.
**Achieving Sales Targets**:Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Familiarity with the US market and business practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
