Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present tailored travel packages and itineraries.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure the best rates and services for clients.
- Assist in the resolution of any client inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and attract new clients.
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and travel regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Passion for travel and a good understanding of travel destinations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
